What is your 15 minute response time?

Simple IT guarantees to our contract clients that we will start working on your issue within 15 minutes of receiving the request. This does apply to Monday-Friday, 9:00a to 5:00p

Why do I need an IT service provider?

Enhanced security; improved productivity; reliable technical support; cost-efficiency; access to expertise.

What type of services do I need?

Cybersecurity; network management and administration; data backup and recovery; technical support and help desk

Is IT service expensive?

It is not possible to provide a definitive answer as to whether IT services are universally expensive or not.  There are “need based” answers.  How important is it for your data to be always available?  in case of a failure, how important is it for you to be backup as soon as possible? What is the cost of downtime & inconvenience?  How heavy are you relying on technology?

Doesn't my software providers protect my system?

Typically, software providers only protect their software as part of their standard service.  Inquire about their security measures.  If they say they do provide cyber-security, request a security audit.  Consider a third-party review or assessment.
